- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment
- Manage company email accounts, user access, and data security
- Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure and network systems
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Design promotional campaigns and coordinate marketing activities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience in web development, IT support, and social media management
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, and website management
- Experience in IT troubleshooting, networking, and system administration
- Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation
- Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
