- Manage and supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch
- Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and sales departments
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel
- Implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and inventory flow
- Prepare operational reports and inventory analyses for management
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Minimize stock losses, damages, and discrepancies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in FMCG
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, and distribution processes
- Experience managing warehouse staff and coordinating daily activities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of health, safety, and warehouse compliance standards
- Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage

Job Summary
