Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective market coverage
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and retailers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Conduct regular field visits and provide coaching to sales representatives
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and warehouse teams
- Ensure proper execution of promotions, product launches, and merchandising standards
- Implement company sales policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
