We are looking for a skilled Website Developer to support the development and enhancement of our international conference and industry directory platforms.
This is not a basic WordPress role, we are looking for someone who understands conversion, performance, and modern user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage high-performance WordPress websites
- Build conversion-focused landing pages for global events
- Implement interactive features (maps, directories, filters, dashboards)
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive web design standards
- Experience in using web development frameworks and tools
- Optimize website speed, responsiveness, and overall performance
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to execute campaigns
Requirements
- Strong experience in WordPress (custom builds preferred)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with API integrations and interactive elements
- Solid understanding of responsive design and performance optimization
- Ability to move at pace and deliver high-quality outputs within aggressive timelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- *Nice to Have:*
- *Experience working on event platforms or B2B directories*
- *Exposure to advanced UI/UX or animations (GSAP, etc.)*
