- Manage and grow event social media pages across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Research and share relevant industry, market, and competitor updates
- Create engaging content and social media calendars
- Coordinate with designers, marketing managers, and production teams
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
- Monitor engagement and community interactions
- Produce performance reports and recommend improvements
- Support onsite event coverage, including live posting, stories, and interviews
Requirements
- 2+ years of social media marketing experience
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience with LinkedIn and B2B marketing preferred
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Experience in events, exhibitions, conferences, or media is an advantage
- Based in the UAE

Overview
- The Great Minds Group is looking for a creative and results driven Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team and support our portfolio of international conferences and exhibitions, including the Intelligent & Autonomous Defence Systems event.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow event social media pages across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Research and share relevant industry, market, and competitor updates.
- Create engaging content and social media calendars
- Coordinate with designers, marketing managers, and production teams
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
