Role Overview

  • We are hiring an experienced Relationship Manager – Wealth Management for a leading DFSA regulated wealth management and investment advisory firm based in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
  • The firm provides independent wealth management and investment advisory solutions to High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals, entrepreneurs, families, and institutional clients.
  • This opportunity is ideal for professionals currently working in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Priority Banking, Financial Advisory, or Investment Advisory who have established client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Acquire new clients and contribute to the growth of Assets Under Management (AUM).
  • Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend suitable wealth management and investment solutions.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews.
  • Partner with investment and advisory teams to deliver tailored investment strategies.
  • Support clients throughout the onboarding and account opening process.
  • Maintain exceptional client service through proactive relationship management.
  • Generate new business through personal networks, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Ensure all client interactions comply with applicable regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Priority Banking, Investment Advisory, Financial Advisory, or a related field.
  • Established network of HNW and affluent clients within the UAE.
  • Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
  • Good understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, structured products, and alternative investments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self driven, entrepreneurial, and client focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
