- Build, manage, and expand relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
- Acquire new clients and contribute to the growth of Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend suitable wealth management and investment solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews.
- Partner with investment and advisory teams to deliver tailored investment strategies.
- Support clients throughout the onboarding and account opening process.
- Maintain exceptional client service through proactive relationship management.
- Generate new business through personal networks, referrals, and relationship building.
- Ensure all client interactions comply with applicable regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Priority Banking, Investment Advisory, Financial Advisory, or a related field.
- Established network of HNW and affluent clients within the UAE.
- Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
- Good understanding of investment products including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, structured products, and alternative investments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self driven, entrepreneurial, and client focused approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Role Overview
- We are hiring an experienced Relationship Manager – Wealth Management for a leading DFSA regulated wealth management and investment advisory firm based in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
- The firm provides independent wealth management and investment advisory solutions to High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals, entrepreneurs, families, and institutional clients.
- This opportunity is ideal for professionals currently working in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Priority Banking, Financial Advisory, or Investment Advisory who have established client relationships.
