Requirements
- 18+ years within the Insurance industry
- Minimum 8–10 years leading an insurance brokerage or insurance business
- Experience as CEO, Managing Director, Country Head, General Manager, or Executive Director
- Strong UAE Insurance market expertise
- Proven P&L leadership
- Track record of scaling profitable businesses
- Strong insurer and corporate client relationships
- Experience working with Boards and Shareholders
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- MBA (Preferred)
- ACII / FCII / CII qualifications (Preferred)

- Lead and optimize: Motor Insurance, Medical Insurance, Property Insurance, Engineering Insurance, Marine Insurance, Liability Insurance, Cyber Insurance, Employee Benefits, Financial Lines, Risk Advisory
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations
- Strengthen governance and risk management
- Build strong relationships with regulators
Digital Transformation
- Lead automation and digital initiatives
- Enhance customer experience
- Improve analytics and business intelligence
- Drive AI enabled operational excellence

What We're Looking For
- 18+ years within the Insurance industry
