- Solid understanding of finance principles, including risk management, cash flow analysis, and budgeting
- Knowledge of insurance products and protection strategies relevant to wealth management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are an advantage
- Experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory, preferably with exposure to corporate or high net worth clients
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage part time schedules, and collaborate in a multicultural, fast paced environment
