- Supervise retail staff, manage schedules, and ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance, manage inventory and merchandising, and maintain visual standards aligned with brand guidelines
- Handle escalated customer issues, coordinate with event and operations teams, and ensure smooth store functioning during peak event times
- Provide hands on leadership on the sales floor, continuous coaching of team members, and adherence to company policies, health, and safety standards
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and cross functional stakeholders
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a positive retail experience and resolve issues promptly
- Team Management skills to supervise staff, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment
- Sales skills to drive revenue, promote products, and meet performance targets
- Experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in high traffic or event based environments
- Ability to work on site in Dubai during event periods, including evenings, weekends, and peak hours as needed
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and cash handling
- Proficiency in basic retail systems and point of sale (POS) tools; familiarity with reporting and performance metrics is an advantage
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
