Role Description
- The Procurement Manager will oversee sourcing and purchasing activities to support ADIPEC’s events and operations in Dubai.
- This part time, hybrid role involves managing supplier relationships, coordinating procurement processes, and ensuring cost effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Day to day responsibilities include evaluating suppliers, preparing and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, monitoring procurement performance, and maintaining accurate records.
- The role will require on site work in Dubai for key meetings and event related activities, with some flexibility for remote work from home.
- The Procurement Manager will collaborate closely with event operations, finance, and legal teams to align procurement decisions with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong procurement and supplier evaluation skills
- Contract negotiation and contract management skills
- Analytical skills to interpret data, assess costs, identify savings opportunities
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant experience in event management, energy, or related industries
- Familiarity with regional procurement regulations
