- Prior experience in a luxury hotel environment
- A warm, polished, and guest-first personality
- Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- English and Arabic communication skills
