Role Overview
Oversee national and regional master plans, five-year project portfolio planning, capital investment programmes, business cases, project prioritization, and alignment with strategic KPIs.
Coordinate with government entities, regional stakeholders, developers, and internal departments to incorporate infrastructure requirements into future development plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and review national and regional water and wastewater master plans.
- Manage five-year project portfolio planning and project prioritization.
- Review Capital Investment Plans and project business cases.
- Ensure proposed projects align with approved master plans and strategic KPIs.
- Coordinate with government authorities, municipalities, developers, regional stakeholders, and internal departments.
- Monitor implementation of regional master plans and capital programmes.
- Support GIS data integration, knowledge transfer, and strategic planning capability development.
- Review infrastructure requirements for major and mega developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Urban Planning.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in strategic planning, infrastructure planning, master planning, or major development programmes.
