Role overview
Support the successful implementation and execution of new projects and operational initiatives.
Coordinate project planning, launches, tracking, scaling, and assigned workstreams across the business.
Work with Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
Role expectations
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and workstreams.
- Proactively drive follow-ups and actions to closure.
- Maintain visibility across projects and identify operational gaps.
- Support practical solutions and operational improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Support project and operational initiative planning, execution, launch, and tracking.
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and assigned actions.
- Support process improvement and implement agreed solutions within assigned areas.
- Maintain project trackers, issue logs, CRM updates, metrics, and reporting.
- Analyse project and operational data and highlight improvement recommendations.
- Support operational requirements, testing, issue tracking, and implementation for Product and Technology.
- Execute WhatsApp and other assigned operational campaigns and track their outcomes.
