About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end execution of wastewater treatment plant projects
- Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, HSE standards, and quality requirements
- Review engineering designs, technical specifications, and project deliverables
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to achieve project milestones
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and progress updates for management and clients
- Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure timely project completion
- Support project handover, testing, commissioning, and close out activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in wastewater treatment, water treatment, or environmental infrastructure projects
- Proven experience managing WWTP, STP, desalination, or utility infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, contracts, and construction practices
- Familiarity with wastewater treatment processes, pumps, pipelines, tanks, and MEP systems
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office
