- Manage distributor relationships and identify new channel partners
- Plan and participate in industry exhibitions, customer meetings, and promotional activities
- Drive business development through customer engagement and market expansion
- Design and monitor marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Provide product training and commercial support to distributors and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metrology, Measurement Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the metrology, precision measurement, or industrial instrumentation industry
- Strong knowledge of precision measurement equipment and metrology solutions
- Experience in distributor/channel management and B2B sales
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage
- Willingness to travel as required
