Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Identify and manage relationships with government entities, EPC contractors, consultants, distributors, and key clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, tendering, proposals, negotiations, and project handover.
  • Drive business development across the GCC and Southeast Asia.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve business targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales and business development experience within the Rail Transit, Infrastructure, Transportation, EPC, or Engineering industry.
  • Previous team management experience.
  • Experience in GCC and/or Southeast Asian markets is preferred.
