Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical, strategic, and operational advice on drainage and wastewater systems
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance operational performance, asset reliability, and service delivery
- Advise on operations & maintenance (O&M), asset management, contract management, and project delivery across drainage and wastewater infrastructure
- Review operational processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency, cost effectiveness, and business performance
- Support business transformation initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational practices
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, health & safety standards, quality assurance requirements, and industry best practices
- Provide guidance on governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance related to drainage operations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project and operational outcomes
- Evaluate operational and maintenance performance, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support long term planning, infrastructure sustainability, and asset lifecycle management initiatives
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and operational standards to improve organizational effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in drainage and wastewater operations, asset management, and infrastructure management
