About the Role
We are seeking a technically outstanding maintenance leader for a dairy manufacturing facility in Qatar. The role involves leading large maintenance teams, developing reliability strategies, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a site wide Maintenance Excellence strategy
- Lead large maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment
- Build succession plans for key maintenance positions
- Mentor supervisors and emerging leaders
- Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, BRCGS, ISO 45001, Environmental Regulations, and Qatar Regulatory Requirements
- Ensure maintenance activities support CCP and OPRP requirements
- Maintain audit readiness at all times
- Lead contractor management and permit to work compliance
- Own site maintenance risk assessments and safe systems of work
- Leverage modern digital tools to improve maintenance performance
- Champion predictive technologies and Industry 4.0 initiatives
- Drive effective use of Maintenance & Asset AI, SAP PM or similar platform, SAP Fiori, CMMS, Power BI, Reliability Analytics Tools, Condition Monitoring Systems
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years maintenance leadership experience within food, beverage, dairy, Pharma or FMCG manufacturing
- Minimum 5 years in a Maintenance Manager or equivalent senior leadership position
- Proven experience leading large maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment
- Expert understanding of dairy processing technologies
- Demonstrated experience of liquid processing and packaging equipment
- Strong knowledge of pasteurization, UHT systems, homogenization, heat treatment technologies, cheese production equipment, evaporation and sterilization systems
- Advanced understanding of electrical, mechanical, automation and instrumentation disciplines
- Proven experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, Asset Criticality Assessments, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Maintenance KPI frameworks
- Budget management responsibility
- Contractor management experience
- Capital project management experience
- Continuous Improvement leadership experience

- Proven experience leading large maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Reliability, Operations Management or Business Administration (MBA).
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP).
- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- TPM Practitioner Certification.
- Advanced Automation or Industry 4.0 qualifications.
- Experience managing multinational workforces.
- Experience implementing SAP PM or SAP Fiori maintenance solutions.
- Experience managing OEM performance contracts.
- Experience with advanced condition monitoring programs.
