- Design, implement, and maintain warranty workflows using Smartsheet or similar platforms.
- Partner with Service, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Technical Support to align processes.
- Lead regular cross functional cadence to review performance, open issues, risks, and corrective actions.
- Manage escalated warranty issues involving third party components, driving timely resolution.
- Define and maintain KPIs related to warranty execution, escalation trends, cycle time, and recurring issues.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
- 4–8 years of experience in program management, process improvement, or operations, preferably within warranty, service, manufacturing, or customer support environments
- Strong experience managing cross functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with workflow and reporting tools such as Smartsheet (advanced user preferred)
- Experience with dashboards and analytics tools (Power BI or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational actions
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- CAPM, PMP, or equivalent program/project management experience (preferred)

About the Role
- Vertiv is seeking a Warranty Program Manager – 3rd Party & One Core to lead warranty program execution for non Vertiv (3rd party) components installed within Vertiv branded integrated solutions.

- Act as the primary coordination point for warranty topics involving One Core and external component suppliers.
- Manage escalated warranty issues involving third party components, driving timely resolution.

- Develop dashboards and reports using Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in program management, process improvement, or operations, preferably within warranty, service, manufacturing, or customer support environments.
- Strong experience managing cross functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with workflow and reporting tools such as Smartsheet (advanced user preferred).

- Experience supporting third party suppliers, integrations, or multi vendor environments.
