- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and project management teams to gather inputs for planning.
- Track project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance.
- Identify potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Monitor resource allocation and support capacity planning.
- Maintain baseline schedules and manage changes through proper change control processes.
- Ensure alignment of project timelines with organizational goals and customer requirements.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide schedule related insights.
- Support continuous improvement in planning processes and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Planner or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good understanding of manufacturing, engineering, or construction project environments (preferred)
