Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfilment, and safety compliance.
Lead warehouse staff and support efficient, accurate, and customer-focused operations.
Supervision and Leadership
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff and provide guidance, training, and support.
- Delegate tasks to optimize resources and complete warehouse activities on time.
Inventory Management
- Oversee receiving, storing, and issuing materials or products.
- Conduct inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
Order Fulfilment
- Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders accurately and on time.
- Monitor order status and prioritize work to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
Warehouse Operations and Safety
- Enforce company policies, procedures, safety regulations, organization, cleanliness, and safety practices.
