Job Summary
Coordinate retail store operations and allocate responsibilities to meet customer needs.
Support customers and help maintain effective store service and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Train new staff.
- Handle cash and credit card payment reports for Head Office.
- Oversee product availability and pricing.
- Respond professionally to customer complaints and queries.
- Maintain store neatness and cleanliness.
- Organize displays, stock shelves, and replenish products when necessary.
- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Handle merchandise returns.
- Assist with inventory audits, stock ordering, and receiving.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail sales experience.
- At least 2 years of Retail Assistant Incharge experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, POS systems, and email.
- Experience with retail inventory and merchandising procedures.
- A friendly, outgoing, customer-service-focused approach.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of issuing change and processing receipts or refunds.
- Ability to join immediately.
