Role Overview
The Warehouse Operations Controller strengthens inventory governance and warehouse process control.
The role acts as second-in-command to the Warehouse Manager and carries responsibility for inventory accuracy, returns, 3PL movements, and process discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and verify inbound shipments.
- Ensure correct bin allocation and ERP inventory accuracy.
- Lead weekly cycle counts and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Monitor slow-moving and seasonal inventory aging.
- Supervise sorting, reclassification, and system updates for returned stock.
- Identify damaged or obsolete inventory for management review.
- Reconcile and replenish stock between 3PL warehouses and the main operational warehouse.
- Support daily warehouse operations.
- Ensure process discipline and compliance across warehouse teams.
- Assist with manpower planning.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control.
- Strong experience in cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
- ERP system experience is required.
- Strong Excel skills are required.
- Experience working with 3PL warehouses is preferred.
- Retail or distribution warehouse experience is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Leadership ability with strong accountability.
Employment and Compensation
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
