Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
Experience in shipping, receiving, or delivery operations is preferred
Industry experience in construction, manufacturing, carpentry, or related fields is an asset
Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract is an asset
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
