- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
- Assign tasks, monitor employee performance, and provide coaching and training
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance when necessary
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues
- Prepare warehouse reports, including inventory, productivity, and shipping performance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or business is an advantage
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software
