Job Overview
- Executive – HR Executive Male (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
- Salary: 5500 6000 AED

Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Employee Lifecycle Management: Managing the full hiring cycle—posting jobs, screening candidates, interviewing, and conducting employee orientations. Leading onboarding/induction for new hires and managing offboarding/exit interviews for departing staff.
- HR Administration, HRMS and Data Management: Maintaining accurate employee records (digital/physical) in the HRM System, producing reports on headcount and manpower, and performing data audits.
- Payroll and Benefits Support: Managing accurate payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, Insurance enrollments and deletions, managing employee benefits enrollment, answering compensation questions and ensuring data confidentiality.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensuring company adherence to labor laws and implementing internal policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Employee Support and Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for employee questions, grievances, mediating conflicts, and conducting investigations into complaints and handling employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Operational Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency.
