About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who is fluent in Tagalog to oversee daily warehouse operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves supervising receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities, managing inventory, and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
- Assign tasks, monitor employee performance, and provide coaching and training
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance when necessary
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues
- Prepare warehouse reports including inventory, productivity, and shipping performance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or business is an advantage
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
