- Experience in warehouse supervision and operations
- Knowledge of inventory management and cycle counting
- Ability to supervise and train staff

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including: Filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area, ensuring inventory transact
- While receiving material, should make sure that products are in accordance with Purchase Orders and in good condition. Any discrepancy must be reported immediately to Purchase Department.
- Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.
- Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands.
- Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations.
- Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.
- Continuously improve warehouse operations.
- Conferring with his Manager to coordinate activities of individual departments and serving internal customers.
- Monitor stock going to expire in coming three months and report to his Manager on monthly basis.
- Monitor Minimum, Maximum Stock level and in case of any drop in minimum level, immediately report to his Manager.
- Arrange delivery of material to customer according to service level agreement.
- Maintain a Service log book for each Vehicle and make sure that all vehicles are maintained in a clean and working conditions.
