- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP
- Lead all aspects of cost accounting, including standard costing, variance analysis, and product costing
- Analyze manufacturing/service costs and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Drive profitability analysis by product, customer, and business unit
- Act as key finance lead for SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO modules)
- Support SAP implementation, upgrades, and enhancements
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization
- Develop financial models to support strategic decisions
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and commercial teams to provide financial insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification preferred (CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA)
- 8 12+ years of experience in finance with strong costing background
- Proven experience in manufacturing/industrial/FMCG environments (preferred)
- Hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, Product Costing, COPA)
- Advanced cost accounting and financial analysis skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive cross functional collaboration

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with deep expertise in cost accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and SAP S/4HANA.
- The role will be responsible for driving cost efficiency, supporting business decision making, and ensuring accurate financial reporting through advanced ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools (added advantage)

- Ability to lead teams and drive cross functional collaboration
