Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of solar modules and materials.
• Lead a team of warehouse workers, including staffing, training, performance monitoring, and providing guidance to meet operational goals and productivity targets.
• Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring the accurate tracking of stock levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring proper rotation of materials.
• Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards for quality control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse layout and organization to improve efficiency and minimize product damage.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and shipping departments to coordinate the timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Drive productivity and efficiency improvements by implementing best practices and process enhancements.
• Maintain and enforces strict safety protocols, ensuring all warehouse personnel are trained on equipment usage and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and employee performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolves operational issues that arise within the warehouse.
• Work with international teams to coordinate cross-border shipments, ensuring compliance with local customs regulations and international shipping standards.
