Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of materials, tools, and equipment.

The successful candidate will supervise warehouse staff, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure timely support to project and site teams while following company procedures and safety requirements.

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatching materials.
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and approved material requests.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of receipts, issues, returns, and transfers in Odoo or the company’s inventory system.
• Organize storage areas and ensure proper labeling, safe stacking, and easy identification of materials.
• Conduct regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and report findings for corrective action.
• Track tools and equipment issued to employees and site teams, including acknowledgements, returns, condition, and outstanding items for clearance.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and project teams regarding material requirements, deliveries, shortages, and returns.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock, slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete items.
• Assign daily tasks, supervise staff performance, and provide training and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, housekeeping, material-handling, and security procedures.
• Prepare reports on stock movements, inventory accuracy, pending deliveries, and warehouse performance.
