Pile Engineer – Turnkey Piling & Business Development

We are looking for an experienced Pile Engineer with strong technical and commercial capabilities to manage complete turnkey piling and foundation projects while supporting the growth of our piling and heavy machinery rental business.

The ideal candidate must be capable of independently handling piling projects from initial assessment and technical analysis through planning, execution, coordination, and completion.

This is a hands-on role combining piling engineering, project management, client relations, and business development.

• Manage full turnkey piling and foundation projects from initial inquiry through project completion.
• Review project specifications, drawings, geotechnical reports, soil investigation data, and foundation requirements.
• Conduct and/or coordinate the necessary technical analyses, calculations, pile design assessments, method statements, and project planning.
• Recommend appropriate piling methods, machinery, equipment, and execution strategies based on site and soil conditions.
• Prepare project requirements, quantities, cost estimates, schedules, technical proposals, and quotations.
• Coordinate site mobilization, piling operations, equipment, manpower, subcontractors, testing, and project delivery.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, productivity, and compliance with project specifications.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, developers, project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new piling and foundation projects in the UAE.
• Develop relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and infrastructure companies to generate new business.
• Generate opportunities for the company's heavy machinery rental fleet, including identifying clients and projects requiring piling and construction equipment.
• Follow leads from initial contact through quotation, negotiation, and contract award.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective projects, clients, and machinery rental opportunities.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong professional experience specifically in piling, deep foundations, and foundation engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to manage piling projects on a turnkey basis, including technical, operational, and commercial aspects.
• Strong understanding of pile foundation systems, geotechnical conditions, piling equipment, testing, execution methods, and relevant calculations/analysis.
• Experience working with piling rigs and associated heavy machinery is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of the UAE construction and infrastructure market.
• Existing relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, or project owners in the UAE are a strong advantage.
• Must have a business-development mindset and be comfortable actively sourcing projects and clients—not solely managing engineering work.
• Strong communication, negotiation, client-management, and project-management skills.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

AED 12,000 monthly salary + commission, with a company car and fuel provided.

Commission will provide additional earning potential based on successfully generated piling projects, new clients, and heavy machinery rental business.

We are particularly interested in someone who combines technical piling expertise with a strong commercial network.

The successful candidate should be able to assess a piling opportunity technically, develop the appropriate turnkey solution, manage its execution, and actively bring new projects and rental opportunities into the company.

Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
