Warehouse Supervisor

Role Purpose

Service Delivery

• Receive goods against approved orders and verify quantities, condition, and documentation.
• Store materials according to security, segregation, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain batch, lot, and expiry traceability and apply FEFO/FIFO controls.

Quality and Risk

• Perform stock counts, reconcile variances, and escalate shortages.
• Pick, issue, transfer, and return supplies accurately and on time.
• Coordinate replenishment and urgent requirements with operations and procurement.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain clean, safe, and audit-ready warehouse areas.
• Report and minimize damaged, expired, or non-conforming stock and support corrective action.
• Maintain accurate records and timely escalation.

Capability and Improvement

• Complete mandatory training and competency requirements.
• Participate in audits, CAPA, and improvement activities.
• Model accountability, teamwork, and respectful service.

Essential Requirements

• Have qualification and experience appropriate to the role and level.
• Have working knowledge of relevant systems, procedures, safety, and documentation controls.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Hold a role-specific license or certification where required.

Preferred Requirements

• Healthcare, diagnostic laboratory, or regulated-service experience is preferred.
• Quality, safety, supervisory, or technical training relevant to the role is preferred.
• Experience with digital workflow, LIS, RIS/PACS, ERP, or tracking systems is preferred.
