Responsibilities
- Use DSS/WMS and other government data systems to perform PWS requirements
- Perform materials examiner and identifier duties including identification, examination, classification, acceptance/rejection, and condition code assignment
- Load material on and off skids, pallets, and stands
- Operate tools, equipment, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as assigned
- Count, weigh, record data, apply tags and labels
- Read specifications, drawings, prints, schematics, and photographs
- Prepare reports relating to distribution functions
- Perform preventive maintenance adjustments to related equipment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum three years specific experience in distribution and warehousing of hazardous material using DSS/WMS or equivalent within the past five years
- Must be able to acquire license to use Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Proficient in Distribution Standard System (DSS) and other automated distribution systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Email)
- Saudi national
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Overview
- Warehouse Specialist responsible for receiving, issuing, and preparing hazardous materials for shipment. High English proficiency required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Uses DSS/WMS and other government data systems to perform PWS requirements
- Performs full range of Materials Examiner and Identifier duties
- Loads material on/off skids, pallets, and stands
- Operates tools, equipment, and MHE as assigned
- Counts, weighs, records data, applies tags and labels
- Reads specifications, drawings, prints, schematics, photographs
- Prepares reports relating to distribution functions
- Performs preventive maintenance adjustments to related equipment
- Performs all other duties as assigned working with/around hazardous material
Education And/or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum three years specific experience in distribution/warehousing of hazardous material using DSS/WMS or equivalent within past five years
- Must be able to acquire MHE license
- Proficient in DSS and other automated distribution systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Email)
- Good attitude and ability to work as a team member
- Ability to multi task efficiently in fast paced environment
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Saudi national familiar with local safety regulations and government procedures
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, emergency response capabilities
- Ability to work as a team member
- Positive attitude towards work and team
Physical Demands
- Occasionally stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers, operate office equipment, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, talk/hear, taste/smell
- Occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Must be deemed fit for work by Saudi LMRA through approved hospital physical
Work Environment
- Work performed in indoor and outdoor warehouse, as well as office setting
