A role you will love Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will work as an integral part of a team responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in managing inventory, handling and moving goods, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products are received, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently.

This position operates from Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm shift, offering a consistent schedule within a fast-paced production and fulfilment environment.

You will be working in an environment where maintaining a high level of discipline, accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

Following established processes and quality control standards is a core part of the role, ensuring we consistently meet client expectations, service standards and operational KPIs.

• Receiving, unloading and storing incoming stock and materials.
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for production and dispatch.
• Performing stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse records.
• Operating warehouse equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Ensuring warehouse areas are clean, organised and compliant with safety standards.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production and customer requirements.

What will you bring to the role?

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A current Forklift Licence and demonstrated experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently. This will include the operation of both High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
• A high degree of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail when handling inventory, completing documentation and following processes.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to tasks and working hours, with a proactive and productive mindset.
• Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.
• Sound computer skills, with the ability to confidently navigate and work across multiple software platforms and warehouse systems.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety, quality standards and continuous improvement.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
• A reliable work ethic and a customer-focused approach to meeting service expectations and operational KPIs.
