A role you will love
Take ownership of the end-to-end support and management of business-critical systems, investigating incidents, troubleshooting complex issues, monitoring system health, and ensuring maximum service availability.
Lead production releases, deployments, and system upgrades, ensuring changes are delivered smoothly, risks are effectively managed, and services remain stable throughout the change lifecycle.
Partner closely with Development, Infrastructure, and external vendors to support projects, resolve technical challenges, manage environments, and drive successful service transitions into live operations.
Play a key role in major business events, data migrations, and capacity planning activities, ensuring systems are prepared, scalable, and capable of meeting business demands.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers by providing clear communication, timely updates, and trusted technical expertise during incidents, projects, and service improvements.
Drive continuous improvement by analysing recurring issues, performing root cause investigations, maintaining knowledge bases and documentation, and implementing enhancements that improve service quality, efficiency, and user experience.
