• We're looking for an experienced Learning Partner to join us on a 12-month assignment supporting a high-profile AI transformation programme. In this role, you'll help shape how learning supports the adoption of AI-powered ways of working across our technology teams, driving capability development and supporting the successful delivery of our AI Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC) programme.
• Based in our Edinburgh office, you'll work closely with leaders, project teams and subject matter experts to build learning solutions that enable business change. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a strategic business initiative and play a key role in preparing our people with the skills needed for the future. We're looking for someone who is curious, commercially minded and confident operating in a fast-paced environment, bringing constructive challenge and practical solutions.

You'll combine learning expertise, consultancy and project management skills to deliver solutions that support adoption, performance and business outcomes.
• Key responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions aligned to business priorities
• Design, develop and deliver learning pathways, resources and programmes that support new ways of working
• Manage learning initiatives from planning through to implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement
• Provide expert consultancy, challenge and recommendations to support programme success
• Measure learning effectiveness and use data and insights to enhance outcomes
• Support the development of the AI Hub and broader capability-building initiatives
