The Role

About the Organization

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse, vendor, retail, inventory, and operational administration.
• Maintain supplier, product, SKU, inventory, purchase order, delivery, and operational records.
• Coordinate orders, pricing, availability, lead times, delivery schedules, and documentation with vendors.
• Monitor stock levels, movements, replenishment, transfers, returns, discrepancies, shipments, and dispatch activities.
• Assist with purchase orders, vendor documentation, quotation comparisons, order confirmations, and supplier records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, merchandising, finance, and retail operations teams.
• Verify product, quantity, pricing, supplier, stock, and transaction information.
• Follow up on delayed orders, missing documents, stock discrepancies, delivery issues, and supplier responses.
• Maintain vendor databases, inventory trackers, warehouse records, retail reports, and supporting documents.
• Prepare vendor summaries, inventory reports, order updates, warehouse reports, and routine operational information.
• Assist with vendor, inventory, order, delivery, and retail administration issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination, inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and retail workflows.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, supply chain, logistics, retail, operations, procurement, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in warehouse operations, vendor management, retail operations, inventory control, procurement, or a related function is preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse administration, supplier coordination, inventory processes, retail operations, and supply chain workflows.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, inventory, procurement, or retail management systems, spreadsheets, and digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent attention to detail with supplier information, SKUs, quantities, pricing, purchase orders, and inventory records.
• Strong organization, time management, numerical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work reliably, methodically, independently, and remotely while managing multiple operational priorities.
