Key Responsibilities

• Lead business intelligence initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
• Translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Oversee dashboards, management reports, KPIs, and performance measurement.
• Analyze trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Coordinate data collection, validation, governance, and reporting processes.
• Improve data accessibility and quality with technology and data teams.
• Manage BI projects, priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Present analytical findings in clear, business-focused language.
• Support forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making.
• Promote consistent data practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Three or more years of relevant BI, analytics, reporting, or data management experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of BI, performance management, data quality, governance, and information management.
• Knowledge of data analysis, visualization, KPI development, reporting, BI platforms, databases, SQL, and data visualization concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical analytical solutions.

Work Arrangement

• The role is part-time and fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.
