Role Overview
Lead customer-facing activities and support a high-performing customer service team.
Balance people leadership, customer relationship management, service quality, and business priorities.
Ensure customer interactions reflect a consistent commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate customer representatives across daily service activities.
- Set service priorities, performance expectations, and customer experience standards.
- Monitor inquiries, feedback, complaints, and resolution processes.
- Coach team members to improve communication, productivity, and service quality.
- Develop procedures that improve response times and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, product, and support teams to resolve customer needs.
- Handle complex or escalated customer concerns professionally.
- Prepare service performance reports and communicate trends to management.
