GT Medical is seeking a Warehouse Officer to support efficient inventory operations and supply chain processes.
The role covers receiving, storage, inventory control, supply distribution, documentation, and warehouse reporting.
What You Will Do
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and reconcile them with purchase orders.
- Maintain records of deliveries, shipments, receipts, and transfers.
- Manage accurate and current inventory records.
- Store and release supplies and equipment according to operational requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Record supply quantities and types and distribute items to designated areas.
- Monitor stored-item conditions and identify damage or discrepancies.
- Support inventory control and proper storage conditions.
- Prepare reports on inventory movements and changes.
- Locate, sort, and move goods between business areas.
- Maintain documentation and inventory records using relevant systems.
- Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in inventory control and warehouse systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good reporting and data-entry skills.
