We are looking to hire an experienced **Warehouse Manager (Store Manager)** to oversee and manage all warehouse operations for our company.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contracting, building materials, or similar industries, with a proven background in managing warehouse teams and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
Key Requirements
- Minimum **10 years of experience** as a Warehouse Manager / Store Manager.
- Experience in **contracting, building materials, or similar sectors** is mandatory.
- Minimum qualification: **Bachelor’s degree** (required).
- **Supply Chain experience** is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage inventory, logistics, and warehouse processes efficiently.
- Knowledge of ERP or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff.
