- Manage the centralized warehouse and oversee all operations related to receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Lead the warehouse team and allocate daily tasks based on operational priorities.
- Supervise the receipt of incoming shipments and organize distribution securely for fragile products.
- Match quantities and invoices with purchase orders and packing lists.
- Monitor inspection of incoming goods and identify damages or shortages.
- Reorganize the warehouse and establish a clear system for classifying over 9000 items.
- Implement an internal storage system using ERP and Excel.
- Organize storage areas based on item type, volume, speed of movement, and fragility.
- Apply safety standards for glass products and prevent mishandling.
- Classify inventory based on category, turnover rate, and volume.
- Continuously update inventory movements in ERP and Excel accurately.
- Supervise preparation of orders for customers and ensure accuracy before dispatch.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in warehouse management or similar role
- Certification or diploma in relevant field
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety standards for fragile products

Job Objective

- Ensure proper receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Improve organizational processes, minimize damages, and enhance inventory accuracy while leading a team.
Main Responsibilities

Additional Responsibilities
- Supervise the preparation of orders for customers and ensure the accuracy of quantities before dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with loading and handling standards appropriate for fragile products.
- Monitor outgoing shipments and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure product readiness.
- Execute routine and surprise audits and review discrepancies between the system and reality.
- Analyze causes of shortages, excesses, damages, and discrepancies, and provide clear corrective recommendations.
- Monitor rapid turnover of inventory and prevent stock loss from basic inventory.
- Monitor stagnant inventory and movement speed and generate regular reports on it.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on receiving, distribution, inventory, damages, discrepancies, and late requests.
- Establish internal operational procedures for the warehouse to streamline work and reduce individual efforts.
- Improve team productivity and enhance compliance and discipline levels.
- Train employees on safe handling and proper storage techniques for glass products.
- Raise development proposals for the warehouse to improve storage efficiency, speed of operations, and inventory accuracy.
