About the Role

- Manage and control warehouse activities for HoReCa business
- Ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory accuracy
- Oversee HoReCa order fulfillment to meet customer delivery schedules
- Implement inventory control measures and maintain stock accuracy
- Drive process improvement and cost control initiatives
- Coordinate with supply chain and report on warehouse performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in FMCG
- At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial warehouse role
- Experience in frozen, chilled, dry, and fresh food products is preferred
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems is required
- Good understanding of HoReCa customer requirements and delivery expectations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, stock rotation, and expiry control
