Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in retail sales within the fresh fruit and vegetable sector
- Strong network and relationships with major retail chains in the UAE (Carrefour, Lulu, Union Coop, Spinneys, etc.)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Deep understanding of the UAE fresh produce market, including pricing strategies, seasonal trends, and supply chain management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- English is required; Arabic is a plus
- UAE driving license is preferred as frequent travel to retail locations is required
