Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience in retail sales, modern trade, FMCG, fresh produce, or food distribution
- Experience handling hypermarkets, supermarkets, cooperatives, or modern trade customers preferred
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good customer relationship management skills

Job Purpose
- The Retail Sales Executive – Fresh Produce is responsible for achieving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships within the retail sales channel.
- The role focuses on selling fresh produce items to modern trade and retail customers, including Carrefour, Lulu, Nesto, cooperative markets, hypermarkets, supermarkets, and other retail outlets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, modern trade, FMCG, fresh produce, food distribution, or a related industry.
- Experience handling hypermarkets, supermarkets, cooperatives, or modern trade customers is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is must.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
