- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery coordination
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and accounts departments
- Manage warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance
- Prepare operational reports, inventory summaries, and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
- Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management software
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- UAE experience preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
