About the Role
Alarkan General Trading FZE seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations at its JAFZA facility, managing inventory, teams, and SAP EWM processes. The role requires 5-8 years of warehouse management experience, strong SAP EWM skills, and a background in supply chain or logistics.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day warehouse operations including receiving, put away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation
- Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and operational teams to achieve productivity and service targets
- Drive warehouse safety initiatives and ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor warehouse KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, OTIF, space utilization, and workforce efficiency
- Optimize warehouse layouts, storage strategies, and material flow to maximize operational efficiency
- Manage SAP EWM transactions and ensure process compliance across inbound, outbound, and inventory activities
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and process optimization
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and material handling equipment
- Support warehouse automation and digital transformation initiatives

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of warehouse management experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing large warehouse operations
- Strong hands on experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
- Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, cycle counting, and warehouse audits
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and HSE requirements
- Experience leading teams of 30+ employees in a fast paced warehouse environment

Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

- Strong hands on experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, cycle counting, and warehouse audits.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and HSE requirements.
- Experience leading teams of 30+ employees in a fast paced warehouse environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
Preferred Experience
- Automotive spare parts industry experience.
- Experience in distribution centers, 3PL, retail, FMCG, or automotive warehousing.
- Knowledge of warehouse automation, barcode systems, RF devices, and WMS technologies.
- Experience with KPI management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with JAFZA and UAE logistics operations is an advantage.
