Role Overview

Warehouse and Fulfillment

• Own day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment performance.
• Manage receiving, put-away, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Develop and improve warehouse processes, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Ensure fulfillment accuracy, speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Build processes that scale with increasing order volumes and merchant numbers.

Logistics and Delivery

• Manage relationships and performance of last-mile and logistics partners.
• Monitor delivery performance, failed deliveries, returns, and logistics costs.
• Improve delivery speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Build scalable logistics processes for increasing order volumes.

Technology and Automation

• Maximize the use of company technology and operational data.
• Work with product and technology teams to improve warehouse workflows and systems.
• Identify opportunities to implement automation, artificial intelligence, and predictive analytics.
• Build data-driven operations that minimize unnecessary manual processes.

Inventory Management

• Maintain high inventory accuracy and visibility.
• Establish controls for stock movement, discrepancies, damaged goods, and shrinkage.
• Develop inventory forecasting and replenishment processes.
• Ensure merchants have reliable visibility of their inventory.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, manage, and develop warehouse teams.
• Establish clear KPIs and accountability across the operation.
• Build a culture focused on speed, accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Develop scalable workforce and shift-planning models as the business grows.

Performance Metrics

• Own metrics including fulfillment accuracy, pick-and-pack productivity, same-day fulfillment, inventory accuracy, on-time dispatch, return rates, cost per order, warehouse utilization, delivery performance, and merchant satisfaction.
• Use operational data to identify bottlenecks, make informed decisions, and improve performance.

What the Employer Is Looking For

• 5–10+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, eCommerce, or supply chain operations.
• High-volume fulfillment experience, preferably within eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory management, and last-mile logistics.
• Experience building processes and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Technology-oriented mindset with an interest in automation and artificial intelligence.
• UAE or GCC logistics experience is preferred.
